Boil Water Resistant (BWR) Plywood : Boiling Water-resistant plywood confirming to international Standards specification is procured from reputed manufacturers. The core stock and the face veneers are from durable semi hardwood bonded with resin which could withstand Boiling Water Resistance specifications and the tests could be considered equivalent to accelerated ageing test for durability of 20 years.

Laminates : The carcass is made of plywood which is laminated on both sides with high pressure laminates. The laminates of thickness 0.8mm/1mm are from renowned manufacturers. The thickness and surface density is adequate to meet probable physical abuse & chemical reactions.

Laminating Resins : The resins utilized for laminating plywood are of cross-linking types, which are the latest range in bonding. Self-cross linking Polyvinyl Acetate is specially formulated to a low viscosity level to enable application through glue spreader machine which could regulate the correct resin spread (around 200 gms per sq.mtr.) The binding confirms to D3 standards, which are designed to withstand exposure to continuous humid conditions.

Edge Banding : Edge banding is done with 0.5mm/2mm polymer edge-banding tapes bonded with hot melt glues setting at150°C or above. Hence, the edge banding is stable at higher temperatures.

Shutters : Shutters are of BWR Plywood, Solid Rubber wood, or HDF either post-formed or lacquered (according to the kitchen types). High quality flex laminates are used for post forming. The lacquers, stains and paints are from reputed manufacturers with proven track record.

Shelves : Laminated and four sides edge banded moisture resistant panels. The shelf levels are adjustable to suit the storage requirements.

Back panels : BWR Plywood laminated and edge banded, to avoid the probable moisture migration from the walls to the unit, offering a high degree of resistance to moisture effects.

Carcass (Innerbox):

1.     Carcass is 16mm BWR plywood with both side laminated and all side edgebanding.

2.     Carcass lamination glued with D3 Glue (Heat and water resistant).

3.     Backpanel with 6mm plywood with both side laminated. ( protect moisture from wall ).

Hardware & Accessories

1.     Hinges with EBCO softclosing . (Gives 2yrs replacement warranty).

2.     Softclosing hinges provides both kitchen and wardrobes.

3.     Wardrobes drawers with double ball bearing telescopic runners (EBCO). Gives extra life.

4.     Complete hardware fitting comes from ebco with good standard.

5.     We deal with HETTICH and HAFELE( BLUM ) also under customer request.
